In addition to their consulting experience, the partners of The DCL Group have proven line and management experience in major institutions such as Citicorp, Fleet Bank, NatWest Bank, and Summit Bank. Their qualifications are more fully detailed below.
Donna Sandorse
Ms. Sandorse has been an IT professional for more than 15 years with extensive experience in the management of applications development, technical services, project management, operations management and IT administration. She has been a Vice President and Group Manager of Technology for Fleet Bank and Summit Bank.
In the technology infrastructure area, she has established change management and project management processes in the client/server area, managed IT planning, IT financial management, asset management and chargeback, production support, storage management, capacity planning, and enterprise reporting.
In the systems development area, she has managed IT planning and IT Financial management as well as development staffs in marketing, finance and database, customer information, commercial lending and management information systems.
Ms. Sandorse has managed application development for Citicorp Mortgage and been an independent consultant to a variety of companies in the financial services, imaging and pharmaceutical industries. She has also managed financial operations in several NJ banking institutions.
She has a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, a Master's Certificate in project management from George Washington University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
In addition, Ms. Sandorse has taught Project Management practices and is a member of the Project Management Institute. She also serves as the President of the Board of Directors of Literacy Volunteers of America - Union County Affiliate.
Charles Lovey
Chuck Lovey is an IT professional who combines more than 20 years of experience as a senior business line manager in a commercial banking environment with project management, web development, and programming expertise. He has been a Vice President of Summit Bank and National Westminster Bank, as well as Berkshire Mortgage Finance, a privately held commercial mortgage lender.
Mr. Lovey has acted as project manager for the installation of two comprehensive bank lending applications, with responsibilities including vendor selection, contract negotiation, hardware selection, the development of data conversion protocols, and user acceptance testing. He has done systems analysis and product testing on a loan pipeline tracking system and has developed applications to automate a variety of commercial lending functions.
Mr. Lovey has served as an independent consultant to a number of organizations, helping them to develop successful on-line strategies, and has implemented these plans in fully developed, multi-functional web sites. He is fluent in current technologies including CSS, XML, XSL, Java Servlets, and JavaScript. He has developed interactive e-commerce applications using an Oracle database.
Mr. Lovey has a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, a Masters degree from Kean University, and has completed a degree program in Web Development and Business Programming with The Chubb Institute
